Breeders shall:

standards for Cockapoos, Cocker Spaniels and Poodles and breed only those
specimens which conform to each breed standard.

keeping, registration, sale & transfer of dogs, and abide by these
rules.

healthy and free from serious congenital and hereditary defects characteristic
of the Cockapoo, Cocker Spaniel and Poodle.

well-being, such as blindness, deafness, lameness or impairment of the

who, date and how many in the litter. If you breed back make sure you let

Cockapoos that they have bred for the life of that Cockapoo. If at any
time the owner cannot keep the Cockapoo, the breeder will take the dog
back and decide what is best for the Cockapoo in question or assist the
new owner in finding an adequate home for the Cockapoo. It is the breeders
place to take this responsibility. This helps take the burden off rescue
groups for the breed.
15. Provide written, fully executed guarantee,

in dirty, matted condition. Shipping a puppy in this condition does
not positively reflect the American Cockapoo Club or the Breeder.
